Artist Professional Development Workshop Series

The RMG is excited to announce two new workshops in our FREE Artist Professional Development Series!

Write it! A Writing Workshop for Artists

Saturday, February 15, 2020, 1PM -3PM

The Lookout, Lower Level

From artist statements to project proposals, professional interviews to casual chit chat, being able to define what you do and why you do it is a vital skill to cultivate. The first portion of this workshop will draw on participant know-how to map the vast network of exhibiting opportunities found in our own backyard, and beyond. Then it will offer accessible strategies for writing about your work to get into those spaces and other tips for communicating the nature of your practice in different contexts.

Refreshments will be provided.

The workshop is free and open to everyone, but registration is required. Registration is limited, so please sign up to save your spot!
