OPG Special Event - Grandparents & Me partnership with OSCC55+ & the Oshawa Public Library

April 19, 2020 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM

Calling all grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins! This month we will take an intergenerational approach to road trips!  Families will work together to create their own unique travel journal, collaborate on ideas of “place” in the lobby with OPL’s STEAM activity called “Coast to Coast with Ozobots." In the studio, using mixed media materials, fill your arty suitcase with “what would you take?” on your adventurous journey.

Families will contribute to a mural inspired by an imaginary and fantastical world. In the studio, we will create a beautiful, textured watercolour landscape that will truly impress your loved ones. “How to Raise a Mom” is our story choice this month!
