Oshawa Museum Celebrates March

Off-site Art Activity at Oshawa Museum (All Ages)

March 19, 2020 from 1:30 PM to 3:30 PM

12:00PM – 4:00PM | All Ages | Drop-in | FREE

Location: Oshawa Museum’s Verna Conant Gallery, Oshawa

Join us on this afternoon for an enriched art-making experience connected to the Oshawa Museum’s exhibition The Vintage Catwalk, where clothes tell stories through the ages.

On display, is a 1912 dress belonging to Alexandra Luke, one of the founding members of abstract artist group Painters Eleven, and a lady close to RMG hearts!  Participants will recreate intricate embroidery like the floral patterns on her dress using a relief and foil technique.
